Paint.net???

ok ive heard a lot of people using paint. net!!and i wanna know wut is it???and how do u get to it!!!!if u know how plz plz plz let me know!!!

    u go to getpaint.net and then click on the tab that says download, then scroll down and click on the button that says “Download Now–> dotPDN” then follow the instructions. Paint.NET is free, and is a photo editing thing, so you can make headers and stuff
